Rediscovering Brighton

I grew up in and around Brighton, yet for years I struggled to photograph it, often finding myself more drawn to the quieter, less colourful streets of London. Inspired by the late Martin Parr, I began returning with fresh eyes, rediscovering a city I once knew so well through its quirks, characters and everyday stories. These photographs represent that process and the new lease of life Brighton has given my photography.
